We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false or speculative orders as well as those that have been requested by a client with whom there may be a difference/controversy in previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that could lead us to believe that the client is violating any criminal activity.

Once you are in your account you can continue your purchase and finally confirm the order.

The order will not be accepted by us until the amount has been charged to our account. Upon confirming the purchase, you will receive an email as confirmation of acceptance. Only at that time will the contract between you and us be formalized, and only for the items listed in said shipping confirmation.

2.5. Confirmation and cancellation of orders

If after 5 business days we do not receive payment for the order, the system automatically cancels the order.

Important: As a transfer concept, you will have to indicate the order number that will appear at the end of this process. If this reference has not been indicated, the order will be canceled and the money will be returned to the boss within 5 business days.

2.8. Deliveries: types, deadlines and problems

As a general rule, packages are sent within 24 hours of receiving payment, through a courier service with tracking number and delivery without signature.

Pickup in store:

You can pick up your order after 24 hours at our store located at Carretera de Balaguer – 25331 Lleida, Catalonia, Spain.

Home delivery:

As a general rule, orders are sent within 24 hours of receiving payment, via a courier service. You will receive the package in 2 and 5 business days.

This period may increase during sales periods, Christmas campaigns or in the case of customs procedures and other circumstances derived from (for information only) geographical distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any form of government intervention, non-compliance by our suppliers, etc. as well as any other attributable to the logistics operator in charge of delivering the product. We are not responsible for any possible delays that may arise for any of the reasons mentioned above.

If, at the time of delivery, the order packaging is damaged, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to verify the condition of the items. If damage is observed, you must detail it on the delivery note and contact us. We will repair or replace at no cost to you all items that have been damaged or lost during transport, as long as you notify us of the incident as soon as possible.

Once the order has been delivered, it will become part of your property and therefore, all damages that may arise will be your responsibility.

2.10. Return, withdrawal, exchange and refund policy

You can return your order within 2 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

SPEEDREM INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS, S.L. offers you the possibility of returning it directly to the store or by home collection.

Return in store:

You can make the return directly in our store, for this you must bring the invoice. Returns made in a physical store will have no additional cost. The refund of the amount will be made in the same way that you paid for the order.

Return with home collection:

To begin the order return process, you must send an email to [email protected] indicating the order number and the product to be returned. We will respond by email within the next 3 business days, with instructions to formalize the return.

The shipping costs for returns will be assumed by the customer. The refund of the amount will be made in the same way that you paid for the order.

Right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To make the withdrawal effective, you must notify SPEEDREM INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS, S.L. by sending an email to [email protected].

To meet the deadline, it is enough for you to communicate this right before the deadline expires via email.

This right is limited and does not include the possibility of withdrawing in the following situations:

– Goods that have been used or damaged.

– Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

– Goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

– Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Returns will only be accepted for those products that are in perfect condition and must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unsealed, with no signs of having been opened, with all accessories and the invoice.

Once the products have been received, if any type of manipulation, damage or sign is detected that would lead to the assumption that the product has been opened, modified, altered or there is a risk thereof, the product in question will be immediately returned to the customer by postal delivery on delivery, with the user assuming the shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal requires that the user send the product as it was received, unused and with its original packaging, in such a way that it cannot deteriorate during transport, with the customer assuming any possible damage during transport and the resulting responsibilities.

Once the items have been examined and verified, SPEEDREM INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS, S.L. will proceed to refund the amount in the same way as the payment was made within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Returns will be processed on business days, Monday to Friday. Refunds made on national, regional and local holidays will be processed the day after the holiday in question.

3. PARTIAL NULLITY

If any part of these conditions of services is contrary to law and, therefore, invalid, this will not affect the other provisions in accordance with the law. The parties undertake to renegotiate those points of the conditions of service that are void and to incorporate them into the rest of the conditions of service.

4. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

SPEEDREM INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS, S.L. reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, and may change, delete or add both the content and services presented through it and the way in which these appear to be presented or located on its servers.

These changes must be accepted by the user each time a purchase is made through the website.

Clients who do not agree with the modifications to the general conditions must notify them and, as of the date on which the new version comes into effect, must stop using the web services.

In the event that some of the terms of the general conditions of sale are declared integral or not enforceable by a court decision, the other provisions will remain in force.

5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
