Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping address and the selected shipping service. Generally, domestic deliveries take between 3 and 7 business days.

Shipping Costs: The cost is calculated automatically at checkout and will be displayed before you confirm your order. In some cases, free shipping is offered on orders that exceed a set minimum amount.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-refundable products: For hygiene or customization reasons, certain items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. This will be specified in each product description.

Return Process: Please email our customer service team, including your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you must ship the product to the address provided. After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method.
